Refund Policy
1. Prescription Products Are Non-Returnable
All HintMeds products are custom-compounded prescription medications, made specifically for each patient following a licensed telemedicine consultation. In accordance with FDA regulations and state pharmacy laws, we cannot accept returns or resell prescription products once dispensed—even if unopened.
2. What We *Can* Help With
While we cannot accept product returns, we will assist you with the following:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Incorrect Orders:
If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days, and we will correct it promptly.
3. Telemedicine Consultation Fees
Fees paid for medical consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, in accordance with standard telehealth policies.
4. How to Report an Issue
To report an issue with your order, please email our team at support@hintmeds.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Refunds & Replacements (When Applicable)
If your issue qualifies for a refund or replacement, we’ll process it promptly. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was the result of an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
7. Privacy & Compliance
Your personal health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We do not share, sell, or disclose any patient information without your explicit consent.
